To ensure a safe and smooth rental experience, we require all customers to sign our Bounce House Rental Agreement and Liability Release before the event. This agreement is in place to:

• Clarify Responsibilities – It outlines what is included in the rental, how the equipment should be used, and what we expect from you as the renter to keep everyone safe.

• Ensure Safety Compliance – The agreement includes important safety rules (such as setup on flat ground, supervision of children, and prohibited use during certain weather conditions) to prevent accidents and equipment damage.

• Protect Everyone Legally – The liability release helps protect both the customer and our business by clearly stating who is responsible in the unlikely event of injury or equipment misuse. It ensures that all parties understand the terms and agree to use the bounce house safely.

• Confirm Your Booking – Your reservation is not finalized until the agreement is signed. It’s the final step to officially secure your event date and equipment.
