What areas do you deliver to?

We offer free delivery to Bellevue, NE, and anywhere within 20 miles of 68147. If your event takes place outside those 22 miles, you can expect a delivery fee of $2 per mile for delivery and $2 per mile for pickup. We provide the full cost in your quote.

Are there bounce house rules?

Absolutely! That’s how we keep them in great condition for everyone. Our rules will be listed in your rental agreement. A few big ones we like to mention are:
*No shoes.
*No food, drink, candy, or gum.
*No animals.
*No glitter, confetti, face paint, silly string, slime, or other products that could cause staining or excessive cleaning. Under any circumstances, we will not set up at events with face paint.
*No climbing on the walls or through any open areas.
There is no moving the bounce house once it has been anchored/secured by our team.
*Parental supervision is required.

Why are white White Bouncers more Expensive than regular ones?

Simply put, the time investment required to maintain the cleanliness of the bouncers is far greater than just a simple wipe-down.

Insurance is also a significant overhead cost, with a typical policy running $5k+ annually.

Time is money; a typical IN-TOWN event requires approximately 3–4 hours of labor from the initial quote to the event's conclusion.

What surfaces can the bounce house be set up on?

Our bounce houses must be on flat ground for safety reasons. Grass, turf, concrete, and indoor flooring are preferred. We will not set up the bounce house on gravel, stone, hills, or dirt for your safety and the safety of our bounce houses.

How are the bounce houses cleaned?

Our bounce houses are cleaned after each event with a commercial-grade, non-toxic product.

What time will my bounce house be delivered?

We will deliver your bounce house 2–3 hours before your booked event starts. You are not charged for the setup time.

Do I need to provide an electrical outlet?

Yes. There needs to be an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the location of the bounce house. We provide the 50' power cord. If you do not have power within 50’ of the bounce house, you can request a generator from us for $150 for the length of your rental.

My event got canceled; what now?

If your event is canceled, we can apply your non-refundable deposit to another available date. Please remember that we require seven days’ notice of a canceled event. If we have to cancel your booking due to weather concerns (rain or wind exceeding 15 MPH sustained), you will be refunded in full.

Does someone from White Bounce Rentals stay for the entire rental?

We can! This is an add-on service that allows you to relax and not stress over monitoring the safety of your guests. Please indicate this request on our inquiry form. The rate for a staffed event is $35 per person/hour.

Are the balloon garlands included in the rental?

They are not. We work with a handful of extremely talented vendors who make and install balloon garlands at an additional cost. We are happy to recommend vendors based on the location of your event. Costs for balloon garlands typically range from $15 to $25 per foot, depending on your requests. If you choose to utilize a vendor outside of our preferred list, make sure they contact us so we can provide them with our vendor requirements. These requirements limit certain materials that can stain the bounce house.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require $50 of the total booking cost to be paid to book your requested date. The remaining balance is to be paid before the day of your event.

What should I do to prepare?

Please clear the area of any debris, animal waste, and toys. Identify where your closest outlet is and know where your sprinkler lines and heads are. We will not set up in an area where animal waste is located and will not assist in cleaning the area. This is for the safety of our staff and your property.

How soon should I book for my event?

We recommend booking with us as soon as possible due to the demand for these bounce houses. It is common for us to be completely booked 2-3 months in advance.
